Questions about this design

Does the wide step approach need much floor space?

The three broad steps project well forward of the stage in the photo, so allow a generous clear area in front. Your venue contact and the supplier can plan this once the hall plan is shared.

Can the rose heart in the throne be changed?

The pink heart in the central backdrop is a floral feature, so its colour or shape may be adjustable. Anything different from the photo is confirmed on quote. Ask for this to be written into your quote so it is clear for both sides.

Is this design suitable for a smaller room?

The canopy, side panels and steps together take up a wide frontage. In a modest room it could feel crowded, so ask whether a reduced layout is possible before booking. A quick call with the supplier will settle it before you commit to the date.
