Questions about this design

Can the trees stand on grass without damage?

The trees stand directly on the lawn in the photo. Ground conditions matter, so the supplier will want to see the site and confirm how they are anchored. A quick call with the supplier will settle it before you commit to the date.

How do the glass drops cope with wind?

The teardrops hang on thin lines and may swing in a breeze. In stronger weather they may be removed, so ask what the supplier's wind policy is. Your venue coordinator can usually advise on this as well.

Is the wooden frame the mandap itself?

The frame with the garland is the focal point, with the trees and lanterns as the setting. Confirm on your quote what is included in the set. Bear in mind that the photo shows one setting only and yours may differ.
