Questions about this design

Does the foliage change the look of the gold columns?

In the photo, leaves and flowers wrap around the columns, partly hiding the gold. Ask for lighter wrapping if you want more of the carving to show. Bear in mind that the photo shows one setting only and yours may differ.

Can monstera-style leaves be left out?

The large leaves add a tropical note. A more traditional leaf mix is likely possible, so ask the supplier what is available. Do mention it early, because it can affect planning on the day.

Is the pale background drape included?

The curtain behind is pale with a pink glow. It may be a venue feature or an add-on, so confirm with the supplier. Sharing your room plan makes the answer much more precise.
